"Blood On Your Face"

Yep, they are both up and walking these days (for the last month or so). The taller they are and the faster they are moving the harder they fall. Zack drew first blood, I think. This picture is from a run in with one of his toys. He also bloodied his nose on the vacuum cleaner (we decided to give first aid that time rather than take pictures).

Here we caught Abby in free fall.

We figure we should show some evidence that they can actually walk without falling.

I pulled the title for the post from the second verse of "We Will Rock You". I thought it fit nicely. Emily recommended that I go with that "I get knocked down, but I get up again" song. I concede that it might fit a little better, but I find that song a little too annoying.

This comment is about more that just the post I'm leaving it on

Abby in free fall, I love it! I'm glad that your kids are capable of walking though, instead of just running into and falling off of things.

I know that I haven't even known the two of you an entire year, and certainly not ten. But I think that tribute to Johnny that you wrote was one of the sweetest things I've ever read, good work Emily! And don't worry, I have to put a ! at the end of most of my sentences too.

Your guys' pumpkins look amazing. (Annalee, Blake and I had planned on having a pumpkin carving night but never got around to it.) The Trogdor one especially, I love it!!! Also halloweeny your kids costumes were so cute, but I don't think you'll ever be able to top the pregnant belly baseball...

ok, this has gotten long enough. I hope all is well with you guys!

What a little trooper Zack is. Even with his injury, he's still smiling for the camera!

Is it normal that your children walk around with their hands in the air? Where does that come from?

So I guess Zack is more like me than just in looks. At least it's not stitches for him yet. Nice job Chief!
